This 8 week Late Fall / Winter Program I’ve created is to build strength + endurance. This program is created for all levels of fitness, weights are advised, best to follow at a gym.
strength
If you’re looking to begin your strength journey, or tired of the routine you’re following now? This 8 week course is perfect for you. It is broken down in 8 weeks. You start off with light weights + the goal at the end of 8 weeks is too be able to lift heavier than when you started.
Endurance
If you want to focus on increasing strength we have to build up your endurance. During the beginning weeks we are focused on low repetitions, at the end of the 8 weeks your endurance will be tested with higher repetitions.
